This company is engaged in the provision of engineering services, construction of offshore platforms and metallic structures, and repair of oil rigs for the oil industry. Its registered head office is located in Puerto Real, Spain. It began its activities in early 1972. The company's activities cover two business areas: offshore and onshore. Its offshore activities include the construction of fixed platforms, and floating platforms and installations. Fixed platforms include jackets, tripods, pilots, flares, bridges, decks and all type of modules (services, production, compression, process, accommodation, drilling, etc). Floating platforms and installations include hulls and decks for semi submersibles platforms and modules and turrets for FPSO's vessels, mooring systems and buoys. The company's onshore activities include modular constructions for onshore plants and structural components; and hydromechanical equipment such as port cranes, fluid gates, vessels, and tanks.
