The company, with registered head office located in Puerto Real, Spain, is engaged in consulting, projects and technical development of control engineering, automation and instrumentation for marine and industrial installations. It is also involved in electrical equipment manufacturing such as switchboards at high, half and low voltage, transformers centres, motor control centres, starters, general electrical switchgear. The company is also active in special equipment manufacturing and in the maintenance of pneumatic, electronic and electrical installations for vessels at harbour or sailing, and industrial plants. In addition, it is a specialist in repairing of vessels under "lump-sum" contracts due to fire, flooding or other damages. The company was incorporated in 1996.
